Graduated from the European school of Osteopathy.

Niki became the proprietor of an existing practice in Hythe in 2002 and has since built up a successful and professional business with a good reputation. She runs a multi-disciplined practice which is dedicated to providing complete muscular-skeletal care for all ages. She has gained much experience in pre & post-natal care and the treatment of newborns and children, and since having her own daughter in 2007, this has been a special area of interest. She has recently set up another branch in her home village, Burham, Rochester, based in The Phoenix Medical Practice and is offering the same quality of care enjoyed by her patient's in Hythe. She is committed to continual professional development and has completed specialised courses to enhance her treatment techniques and help treat children with learning difficulties.

Oh.....and Niki used to live on a boat!

Graduated from the European School of Osteopathy.

Jo initially studied for a degree in Fine Art. Jo changed her career path after receiving successful Osteopathic treatment for her own back. During her training, she was taught both Structural and Cranial Osteopathic techniques, and uses this combination of skills to suit individual patient's needs.

Jo has experience in treating a wide range of conditions from migraines and sprained ankles to lower back pain and different age groups, from a few days to ninety years old.

She treats successfully at Hythe Centre of Osteopathy and East Peckham Osteopaths.

Cyrille LESCAR  D.O. M.Ost. D.P.O.


Cyrille is a French osteopath qualified from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone.

Dedicated to continued learning and with a particular interest to children and pregnant women health, Cyrille completed a 2-year postgraduate paediatric course with the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy (occ.uk.com) awarded by a Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy (DPO).

With an holistic approach and with gentle hands on techniques such as cranial osteopathy, visceral manipulations and joint mobilization, he will provide a thorough diagnosis and treatment.

Cyrille will take time to explain the origin and mechanism of pain and how regular habits can maintain the patient's conditions. He will identify and advise for some easy postural attitude to help patients to improve their well-being.

Prior to be becoming an osteopath, Cyrille attained a Masters degree in industrial logistics with a 10-year career as a logistics consultant in cosmetic and retail industries. 

Originally from Fontainebleau (France), I particularly enjoy travelling, and I lived in South-America and Greece for several years. I am passionate about hiking and scuba-diving.

Cyrille is also assisting lectures/lecturer and clinic tutor for undergraduate students and for international seminaries at the ESO.
